I am an American-British sommelier and chef with over a decade of experience working in the wine business across both sides of the Atlantic.
I'm a big nerd with a Cordon Bleu diploma, the Wine & Spirits Education Trust Diploma, and I am currently studying to become a Master of Wine.
My wine philosophy is to make it fun, plain and simple. When you taste with me you'll learn a ton but you'll also have a great time! I am fun and weird and an all around good time.
I've been in Lyon since 2017 and am loving my life here in my 200 year old silk-factory apartment where I live with my cockapoo puppy Buffy.
